The Gratitude Acknowledges Blessings is designed to help us cultivate a sense of gratitude for the many blessings in our lives. The challenge is simple: beginning on the first of the month, we will create a list of things we are grateful for. Then the rest of the month, we will add an item daily to our gratitude list. At the end of the month, we will meet virtually to discuss the challenge and to identify any changes that have occurred in our attitudes or perspectives as a result of focusing on gratitude.
